Returns

You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Arley London also offers an extended 30-day return window for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must remain sealed unless they are faulty.

To request a return, email contact@arleylondon.com with your order number. We will send the return instructions and confirm the return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return has been inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the credit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
